Do I choose a Right Clip or a Left Clip? Take a look at your daughter. does she wear her bow over her right ear or her left ear? If her bow is over her right ear, choose Right Clip, if her bow is over her left ear, choose Left Clip.

What is your turnaround time?  Your order will ship within 2-7 business days via USPS with tracking.

Will I receive an email when my order ships? Yes, an email with tracking is provided at the time of shipment. 

Do you have any current discounts? We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $100 every day, no code needed!  The best way to know of any special offerings is to follow us on Instagram here at!

What bows work for newborns? Any bow found on our "Itty Bitty" bow page, as well as ANY bow on a headband! All of our headbands, regardless of bow size, are the SAME. Headbands are one-size fits all- from newborns to your mama.

Who can wear your headbands? Do they fit big girls? Our headbands are for girls of all ages, newborn and up! My grandma-in law wears them!

Do your hair bows come on clips?  Yes, all hair bows come on clips unless you purchase as a headband.  Our schoolgirl bows are attached to a lined alligator clip, and our larger bows, like the foldover or little mess bows are attached to a 2" unlined alligator clip.All headbands come on nylon, one size fits most headband.

Do you offer silicone inserts for girls with fine hair?  I sure do, just shoot me an email at and I'll include a silicone strip or little bit of velcro to help clips stay in that sweet little duck fuzz.

My kid is a kid and got her bow dirty. How can I clean it?

We know full well that kids are kids, and gosh darn it, they're a mess! We recommend spot cleaning for all stains on our bows. Use a toothbrush and gently scrub the affected area with hot water and a dab of blue dawn dish soap. After you clean the stain, scrub with hot water to get all soap out, reshape your bow and lay flat to dry. 

How much is shipping? All orders under $100 ship for $5.  Shipping is free for any order over $100 shipping is also available for $8.  We also ship nearly anywhere in the world for $22. We always refund excess shipping fees if your order ends up costing less to ship! 

What is your return/exchange policy? Unfortunately, due to sanitary reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges with our bows. However, we take pride in the quality of our products and will gladly refund your money or send you a new bow if there is a mistake made on our end. Returns for Clothing: You may return any clothing items within 10 days of purchase, as long as they unworn/unwashed, and in the original packaging including a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. see below) Please note that any clothing smelling of cigarettes, laundry detergent and/or pet hair are not eligible for a refund and you will be contacted directly via email. To return any items from our order please mail them back to the address below with your name and order number written on the outside of the package. Returns are not accepted on sale items. The best way to ensure your return is processed efficiently is to email with return and tracking information.

Exchanges Unfortunately we don’t currently offer direct exchanges, as our inventory changes often and goes quickly and we don’t have a system in place to hold items until the orders are shipped back. The best way to “exchange” is to checkout as normal through our shop for inventory purposes and to ensure you get the color and size you need. If you place a second order, please email us at for a free shipping code. See return information above. 

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout. Only regular priced items may be refunded, any sale priced items are not eligible for return.

Incorrect Item If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact as soon as possible so we can ensure you get the correct item. A prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the correct item will be sent as previously specified.

Damaged + Defective ProductA refund, store credit, or replacement when available will be offered to you if an item is received damaged or defective. Damaged and defective product must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund. Please send an email to with your order number and detailed photos of the defect. Once an item received is deemed defective by our customer service team a prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the refund or replacement will be processed as previously specified. We don’t offer refund, credit, or replacement on purchases over 30 days old, or items that have been worn or washed. 

Product Variance Due to the handmade nature of our bows + clothing, there may be some variance in our items. Please allow for plus or minus variances in sizing, up to 1/2 an inch in width or height. for clothing. Additionally, our fabric is often hand dyed so there may be variance in color from what is exactly pictured on our site. 

Changes + Cancellations To Your Order Please contact us  at within 48 hours of purchase if you need to cancel your order. We are unable to cancel your order once it has shipped.
