Women's Quilt Jacket #17, petite Size

This is an American antique quilt made circa 1930s, It is a gorgeous “Diamond in a Square” or sometimes referred to as a “On Point Patchwork” design. It’s composed of square blocks set on the diagonal, giving the illusion of diamonds across the quilt surface.

  The fabrics suggest 1930s–1940s, part of the feedsack quilt era. The bright, small-scale florals, geometrics, and pastel prints are typical of Depression-era and early postwar cottons used in home quilting during that time.

This quilt is hand quilted and hand pieced with beautiful bright cotton fabrics. This quilt has a bit of weight to it but doesn’t have  lot of loft. The backing is a beautiful creamy white. If you have further questions, please direct message us and we are happy to send you a video. 

The shawl collar allows for several different style options. This jacket is meant to be worn right side up or upside down.

Fit features slouchy shoulders and a generous drape.

As an example, I am 5'7 and wear the classic, while a petite will work best for those 5'4 and smaller :)
