Women's Quilt Jacket #50

This quilt is an incredible example of an appliquéd Dresden Plate quilt with alternating clover-form floral blocks, pieced and quilted by hand, composed of Depression-era cotton prints and feedsack fabrics. Likely Midwest, circa 1930–1945.

Hand quilted and hand pieced with a beautiful pastel palette. This quilt is a bit thicker, lightweight, and has a little loft. The backing is a beautiful creamy white. If you have further questions, please direct message us and we are happy to send you a video. 

The shawl collar allows for several different style options. This jacket is meant to be worn right side up or upside down.

Fit features slouchy shoulders and a generous drape.

As an example, I am 5'7 and wear the classic, while a petite will work best for those 5'4 and smaller :)

Please note that all of our jackets are made from antique quilts and the fabric reflects this. Our fabrics are sometimes older than 100 years and we believe that makes them perfectly imperfect. We recommend spot cleaning if necessary.
