This is a fun example of a Broken Dishes Quilt pattern! Made here in the United States, circa 1900–1925, this is a traditional design composed of half-square triangles arranged to create a dynamic, scattered effect. The strong contrast between light and dark fabrics gives the impression of movement across the surface, a hallmark of this pattern.
Hand quilted and hand pieced with a beautiful neutral palette. This quilt is a thick, and has quite a bit of loft. The backing is a beautiful creamy white . If you have further questions, please direct message us and we are happy to send you a video.
The shawl collar allows for several different style options. This jacket is meant to be worn right side up or upside down.
Fit features slouchy shoulders and a generous drape.
As an example, I am 5'7 and wear the classic, while a petite will work best for those 5'4 and smaller :)

Please note that all of our jackets are made from antique quilts and the fabric reflects this. Our fabrics are sometimes older than 100 years and we believe that makes them perfectly imperfect. We recommend spot cleaning if necessary.
